“The quality of the peppers meaning size & freshness was perfection. It was almost as if they picked them with great pride and gave a good variation. I originally wanted roasted but it was not available but I'm glad they were not. I had the opportunity to roast them myself on the grill. Had a friend over who loves Hatch as well and we made a nice afternoon of it. The smell was amazing.”

“I try to grow them here in Alabama, but usually it is too wet. That leads to me ordering from these wonderful folks. Gotta do 2 day shipping, but they are fast, fresh, and delicious. I roast them, rinse the charred peel off, vacuum seal, and freeze them. They last all year.”

“While this is the most I have ever spent on Green Chile, it was well worth it! As a New Mexico Native and a Green Chili "Purist," this is the ONLY place to get Hatch Chile. The flavor was better than expected, and the medium heat was just enough; not overboard, or unpleasant. Green Chile is an oddity on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, and we would recommend The Hatch Chile Store for those bold enough to experience Chile with FLAVOR, and not just heat!”
