“Excellent! Although I admit to being a bit skeptical that my order would make it from NM to OH without spoilage, it arrived in great shape. The email notice of its estimated arrival allowed me to plan for roasting once the order arrived - and that I did! Of the 25# box, I think there were only 6 chilis that showed some sign of early decay but were still salvageable. Great company to work with, reliable, good communication even after the order arrived (to make sure it arrived satisfactorily) and of course, nothing beats a Hatch Green Chili!!”

“We love Hatch Green Chiles and have been ordering them for delivery to Key West. We use to live in Albuquerque and always had Hatch Green Chile. Living here in Key West...we just had to have them. And we are going on 7 Years of ordering them for delivery...we even ordered the roaster. They always arrive in perfect condition ready for roasting. The cool thing is watching our friends here in Key West start to order them as well as our friends in other states. They call me the Tamale Man here in Key West...and I only use Hatch Green Chiles. There is even a song called Tamale Man which I help write and compose the music. Bottomline...Hatch Green Chile is a part of our life in so many ways. Thank you Hatch! I posted some photos of me roasting in my driveway a few days ago.”

“These chilis are amazing! I've used the Hatch Green Chile facebook site to get recipes. So far I've made green chili stew, cheese biscuits with green chili, green chili enchiladas, and green chili egg benadict. My freezer is stocked but I'm sure I will be back for more next season!”

“My box arrived within 3 days even with a delay half way through the logistics, they were all crisp and looking great. these chilies were so good I bought 2 more boxes weeks later and they were also very nice, I will be buying more next season.”
