“Some of the best chili we have ever had! Once we roasted it over a pit fire and processed them, we couldn't wait to make a fresh batch of green chili! Thank you for the great quality and fast shipping!”

“Chilies were so fresh my entire living area smelled of their freshness. Every single chili was good- no waste. Heat level was medium which is what I ordered. I’m use to the roasters being everywhere in Colorado, but here in Kansas, good luck. The tips I found on the website made it possible to roast without an outside grill. I appreciate the tips, recipes & products. 100% satisfied & will be ordering again!”

“Very nice peppers. Very large this year. I lived in Albq in the mid 80's chef of the sunset grille I opened as the chef. So happy to relive the flavors of nm. Thanks so much for your exceptional product and service”
