“Hi, I thought I reviewed already but....here goes. First of all, the shipping/delivery was great and this year there was very little spoilage! Thanks I do realize that you don't control your weather and that 25 lbs should be 25lbs but this year's thin fleshed yield was way down after roasting and the work was way up due to small size. I've bought Hatch chiles for 40 years though only from you for 3 or 4 years, previously from several independents so I do have a lot to compare to.. I assume you consume a lot of the crop making the products you sell, some of which probably don't require skin removal. Considering the total cost we experience including express shipping, I'd like to think that it would be possible for you to only ship fruit that is optimal for roasting peeling. Otherwise, next year it would be nice to get a crop review a week or so out so I can consider my options. Thanks, Joe”
