“I just received recently 25 lbs of Big Jim's and there was not a bad one in the whole bunch. Roasted them on my grill and stuck them in ice water. Peeled so easy and the chiles were very firm. Love my Hatch Chile's!”

“Shipping took forever. One delay excuse after another and then most of the chilis on the bottom of the box had gone bad and were mushy and unusable. I bought a 25lb box and only got 18lbs of usable chilis. Trying a different company next time.”
