“We love Hatch Green Chiles and have been ordering them for delivery to Key West. We use to live in Albuquerque and always had Hatch Green Chile. Living here in Key West...we just had to have them. And we are going on 7 Years of ordering them for delivery...we even ordered the roaster. They always arrive in perfect condition ready for roasting. The cool thing is watching our friends here in Key West start to order them as well as our friends in other states. They call me the Tamale Man here in Key West...and I only use Hatch Green Chiles. There is even a song called Tamale Man which I help write and compose the music. Bottomline...Hatch Green Chile is a part of our life in so many ways. Thank you Hatch! “These chilis are amazing! I've used the Hatch Green Chile facebook site to get recipes. So far I've made green chili stew, cheese biscuits with green chili, green chili enchiladas, and green chili egg benadict. My freezer is stocked but I'm sure I will be back for more next season!”

“My box arrived within 3 days even with a delay half way through the logistics, they were all crisp and looking great. these chilies were so good I bought 2 more boxes weeks later and they were also very nice, I will be buying more next season.”

“The quality of the peppers meaning size & freshness was perfection. It was almost as if they picked them with great pride and gave a good variation. I originally wanted roasted but it was not available but I'm glad they were not. I had the opportunity to roast them myself on the grill. Had a friend over who loves Hatch as well and we made a nice afternoon of it. The smell was amazing.”
