“I received a freshly & beautiful box of Hatch green chile. I've roasted the chile, the aromatic smell of New Mexico filled the Ohio air. This box of chile will last throughout the winter season until next year. Hatch Chile is where its at.”

“They arrived very fresh! I had zero spoilage. Chiles was milder than expected, but still absolutely delicious. We roasted them on our gas grill.”

“I preordered they shipped 3day in 115 degree and 95 degree delivered lost 10 lb twice.I’ve gotten pepper before with 3day shipping they have be fine I know that it’s no Guaranteed on 3 days but the 2 day is very expensive. Maybe I’ll try ordering later in the season or request a later delivery date can I do that ?”

“Same great chiles as always, but there were a lot of rotten ones this year, almost a quarter of the box. Yes, I got two-day delivery, stored them in a cool place, and roasted them two days after receiving them. I presume the unusual spoilage was because the weather has been so hot. I will still order again next year, and hope the weather is a little milder when I get them.”
