“The chile arrived in New Hampshire in perfect condition 25 pounds of hot and 25 pounds of medium. Due to the weather, I didn't have time to roast until 2 days later. Of course, they are delicious. They are all peeled, vacuum sealed, and will get me through the year. Will order next year.”

“When I received the large box of Chile I was very pleased to see the very fresh condition the chiles were in, no wilt and very few were spoiled. Compared to last year’s delivery I was very surprised at there condition. I received that box on Thursday. The following Monday I received a 2nd smaller box and this box must have been sitting in some warehouse and with temperatures running 100 plus for that entire period you can imagine the condition they were in. I’m not sure what the second box represented but I set them in my back yard to finish turning red”

“My box was soaking wet, the contents had broken down into a squishy mess. I tried recovering the remainder of my container. Took out all the chili laid it out and cleaned all the bad chili mess. Took me a few hours to do so The very next day the rest broke down into a slimy, squishy mess. I blame the transit company. It took weeks for my delivery to get here. I know that's not the way Hatch does business.”
