“Never received. Called to let a person know and took two weeks before I called again since the seasons about to end and was told that the first time I called they never shipped my order second time they said it would be expedited and still waiting on a confirmation shipment email. Sucks to be stationed away from home spending over 200 dollars and waiting almost a month to receive it. The hot green Chile is great.”

“I am very pleased with Chile. I grew up in New Mexico and we grew Chile our selves, I am amazed at how fast and how fresh the order arrived. I began roasting immediately, and with in minutes the aroma took me back home. I shared a portion of my green Chile enchiladas with my neighbor and they absolutely loved it. “I’m a former Albuquerque resident living in Chicago the past 35 years. I still go through more green chile than most New Mexicans. Usually I fly down every fall to visit friends and relatives, and to bring back a 35 lb sack of chiles, but since the pandemic, I’ve had them shipped (this year was just a scheduling conflict). I decided to try The Hatch Chile Store this time. They’re some of the most flavorful green chiles I’ve ever had! Absolutely wonderful. I also risked it and opted for the non-guaranteed 3-day shipping. There were only 5 chiles that had to be tossed, which I consider an acceptable loss on a 25 lb shipment. I suppose that was a bit of a gamble, but all ended well. Thank you!”
