I pulled up your order and saw that you selected 2-Day Air for the shipping speed. We guarantee all Fresh Hatch Chile orders that are shipped using 2-Day Air. About how many pounds of chile did you lose to spoilage/damage? Please send us photos of the chile that was spoiled. Once we receive those photos, we can get your free reshipment set up. “Communication from the company was awesome. I was notified every step of the process thru delivery . My only concern is the Chile turned from green to red quickly.”

“I can’t say enough good things about these folks! I pre-ordered 25 lbs of fresh Big Jims earlier this year, and selected two-day shipping option. Unfortunately, some of my peppers were spoiled on arrival. I contacted the store by email to let them know (on a Saturday, no less) and got a reply within an hour. Today, my replacement peppers arrive - in perfect shape! Thanks so much for the great customer service!!”

“This is a review of two orders. My first order had some damage to the chiles with some spoilage. I contacted Hatch Chile and they immediately sent out another box the following week at no charge. Both orders were sent with expedited shipping which I recommend. The chiles were great!! Very fresh and roasted up perfectly. This is a top notch business/family to deal with.”

“We got them in the afternoon by evening they were roasted and in the freezer except for a few of them where my husband made the best Chile Rellenos. It is my favorite thing to do every spring is to pre-order a box it’s better than the grocery stores there’s more to them and they’re bigger we absolutely love them”
