“We moved to Key West from Albuquerque 5 years ago. We always had Hatch Chile in Albuquerque but after moving we missed it so much that we started ordering it for us to have and share in Key West. We have never had great success with our orders and it's the only chile I use in my cooking. We love roasting them here in Key West...that smell you get...reminds us of all our time in New Mexico. Thank you Hatch for a great product and customer support.”

“We LOVE green chilis and get them all the time so we always have it on hand. Unfortunately, these Big Jim’s Medium chilis we just got and roasted/peeled do not have any flavor at all… not even mild. First time we got some this bland. Sad :(”

“Our Big Jim order of 25#'s got here in perfect condition (here being North Dakota). Chili's were perfect. Large, fat & full of meat. I used economy shipping because they do get here in great shape even with economy. Hatch Chili Store sent them on a Tuesday, and they arrived here on Friday. Flavor was great!! Even this late in the season they were all green, which was what we wanted. Will keep buying from the Hatch Chili Store with a greast product and service like this.”

“Beautiful looking chili we received. We roasted right away and had some for dinner. It was so good and fresh. We ordered medium this time now we’re trying to decided what to order next time. Haha!”

“I have really enjoyed the Medium Fresh Hatch Green Chiles. After roasting and peeling them, I packed them in freezer bags to have ready to use in meat or veggies dishes. They are very delicious in whatever meals I make. Thank you for making such a fine product. I am so glad that I can order Hatch Chiles through your family company.”
