“Ordered 25lbs of the Big Jim. Not spicy at all and roughly 25% went bad in shipping due to poor handling by shipper. A couple handfuls more went bad by the time I started roasting the following day (arrived about 7pm the night before). Shipping was expensive as it was 2 day guaranteed. Overall not impressed.”

“I worked as a consultant at Nova Bus in Roswell NM and traveled back to Atlanta each weekend my crew and I would got to your farm and get fresh roasted peppers. We packed in ice and took them back to Atlanta each Friday. We did have to share some with the Flight attendants. This was in 1998. Fast forward to 2021. I ordered 25lbs and received them as promised in perfect condition. I will continue to order each season. Thanks for your hard work. Thomas Hiott”

“These were great quality, very plump and arrived about 10 days earlier than expected due to a back order. I ordered medium heat and maybe. Because I ordered too early in the season, they were very mild. They did have great flavor and most of them stayed whole enough for chile Relleno after roasting. Thank you.”

“Thank you for the perfection growth of your big Jim Chile. This is absolutely the best chili I have ever eaten. The flavor is out of this world delicious. It is big, thick and meaty. “I’ve already communicated my dissatisfaction with my order. It arrived spoiled and moldy. I was blamed for not picking the correct shipping option. I asked for a refund on this box only and was denied.”
