“We absolutely loved it! I just wish we had a roaster close to us so we wouldn’t have to do it but the smell was wonderful and we are really enjoying them they all got here fine that one was bad highly recommend!”

“I moved from Colorado back to the East Coast and the one thing I missed most was Hatch Chiles! I ordered 25 lbs. They were delivered timely and were in great condition. We've roasted or smoked them all and froze the ones we couldn't eat right away. All winter I'll be able to have a taste of the west! Highly recommend the Hatch Chile Store.”
