“Just a little disappointed that the chile had somewhat wilted and began roasting that same day that we received them. Did not finish with the roasting but by day 2 some of the product had begun to turn bad. My question is that if I still reorder but wait until it gets cooler than the middle of July would that guarantee a fresher product. Heat in the chile is not a problem for this family and may be an added benefit in waiting. Still prefer the Big Jim for rellenos. By the way made a Hugh batch for my family and a little wilt didn’t affect the taste they were still wonderful. How I miss living in El Paso, Home.”
