“Big Jims have been our favorites for a number of years. Down sized to 5 lbs this year because we’ve down sized our freezer space. Were delivered by USPS and several were damaged and beginning to spoil. I called CS and they sent a new 5 lb box at no charge. No questions asked, just a few pics of the peppers. Great CS. Can’t say enough good stuff about this company and their products.”

“Hi! We love those chiles! What’s funny is I ordered some chiles for my daughter up in Main last year & they came to her roasted & bagged in individual 1 lb bags & this time I thought I was getting the same but they came straight from the plant to the box. Boy were we surprised! My husband & I were there for a visit when they arrived & my hubby ended up roasting them on her grill. & with the first one she whipped up a little cream cheese, smoked salmon with a slice of green chile on top appetizer for us. It was yummy!”
