“My purchases of green and red chili’s were gifts and the recipients have praised them. I do have a photo of my great nephew’s breakfast eggs made with the green chili’s. His father to whom I sent the chili’s, as a thank you for his kindness to me, took some of his gift from Oakton VA to Chicago to share the pleasure of your fabulous product.They were very much enjoyed as the Chicagoan sent me another photo of a pork stew he was making with the chili treats. The red chili’s went to my Albuquerque born grandson for his 30th birthday. He resides in Washington, DC.. His mother, who is a fabulous chef, made them into sauce and sent me a photo of them beautifully completed and ready for enjoyment. Your excellent products and attention to customer service is so appreciated. It is above and beyond and also fun to be able to order gifts that one knows are dependable quality. Thank you!!! “This was my first order. I roasted them over charcoal and peeled them, which was not the onerous task I thought it was going to be, then I packaged them up and most of them went into the freezer. I ordered the medium heat, which I thought tasted rather mild, but my wife thought they were perfect, so I dodged that bullet, haha, as she can't take the heat as I can. So, I made my first baked chile rellenos the other day, and OMG, they were so delicious! I am a total convert, and I will be ordering again.”
