“I was very satisfied with the service and the personnel who handled my order ! Just a small critique, please use more tape when taping the box up and some kind of packing material! The product was excellent and will be making another order next week! The first order was very damaged, but was replaced immediately! The second order was in great shape , with the exception of the tape coming off ion two sides . Very pleased!”

Hi David, I'm so sorry your first shipment arrived in poor shape. It looks like USPS delayed the package 7 days. We try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. It looks like we sent out a reshipment on 9/22. “This was my first direct order with Hatch Chile and I must say it was AN AMAZING experience. I'm in CA and the last 2-3 years we've been able to get Hatch green at some of our local grocers BUT getting it direct from NM was a great, mouth watering experience. Nothing like it! You have a new loyal customer.”

“Love, love, love my Joe Parker Hatch Green Chiles! They were beautiful when they arrived, roasted them, enjoyed a few, and froze the rest. Green Chile Stew will make it a good Winter, even in 2020! Thank you for all you do!”
