Hi David, I'm so sorry your first shipment arrived in poor shape. It looks like USPS delayed the package 7 days. We try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are outside of our control, and issues like this can happen. It looks like we sent out a reshipment on 9/22.
