“There is nothing like the aroma of those chilies roasting. There was absolutely no waste and the video shows how to peel, handle etc. have been ordering from this company for many years now and they have never disappointed. I cannot praise them enough. The company is easy to work with and they keep you apprised of your order every step of the way. Since moving to California to live with my daughter and family, am finally able to find their products in the grocery store. Have even converted the kids. Will be ordering more of the products online.”

“I actually received 4lbs as that's the new deal. Chilis arrived on time and in good shape , however not as meaty as in the past. I have noticed that they are showing up more and more in the local grocer and seem to be a bit larger and meatier. I will continue to order as I so love your product as well as the many other products you offer. I also enjoy the points program.”

“The hardest part of a pre-order is waiting for the crops to ripen! The chilis came fresh and ready for roasting. The smell when I roasted them brought back wonderful memories of New Mexico! I ordered the hot variety, and they have awesome flavor and heat! Will definitely do this again.”
