“I’m so glad that I found you guys, Originally From El Paso, Tx, now living in Florida. I never imagined it would be so hard to find Hatch Green chile, it only sells once a year. When I got my box the chiles were in excellent condition. I roasted and froze most and I must say was so worried that with hurricane Ian they would spoil from not having electricity. But they survived Thank you so much”

“These Hatch green chiles are delightfully delicious. The first time we tried them at a restaurant in 2003 in New Mexico, we were hooked! (In the past, we've tried the Colorado Hatch chiles, but for some reason, they did not taste the same.) We've tried these New Mexico Hatch green chiles in both "HOT" and "MEDIUM". The "HOT' kicks butt; it gives a kind of "high" after a meal that hubby loves. We just tried the "MEDIUM" which is a pleasant-hot. Both these Hatch chilies have a unique aroma and flavor like no other. Roasting them aromatizes our home! They make our home-cooked meals extra special. For the very first time, we are going to try the "MILD". Customer service is SUPER.”

“Good shipping, great taste. However, ordered “medium”-spice chile that had no spice, at all. Either I was shipped “mild,” instead. Or this year’s crop, 2022, was very, VERY mild. I know your website said the crop was running mild; but when medium has no spice, I’d like to know.”

“My order arrived on time and in great shape, I only recently found hatch chili peppers living in Ohio they were never available, after finding them in small amounts in a local store I had to have more and ordered them, I used them to make fermented jalapeno hatch hot sauce which turned out amazing, I will be ordering more next season”
