“My husband and I were quite excited when we received the email inviting us to buy Hatch Chiles. We had the good fortune to have them roasted outside at our local nursery when we lived in Colorado. We ordered the chiles which were received fresh and quickly. I followed the directions to roast them (importantly, to put them in ice water to stop the cooking, and we now have several bags of roasted chiles, ready to use in our favorite dishes as the weather cools down ( in Minnesota!). When these are gone, you can count on our buying more! Thank you for the opportunity!!”
