“Love Hatch chiles! On my last order I tried the ice water bath method after roasting to facilitate peeling them. What a disaster! The skin stuck to the meat and areas that did not stick had completely dissolved. I will go back to my old way of peeling.”

“Beautiful chiles. Very fresh and large. Opening the box was an aroma of New Mexico in chile season. They roasted nicely on our grill and are now bagged in the freezer. Thanks guys!!!”

“First class service and shipping and the kind of product you can only get from Hatch, the real thing. I roasted them and freezer packed them, setting aside some for green chili stew and burritos. Looking forward to our next pre-order for later this year.”
