“First class service and shipping and the kind of product you can only get from Hatch, the real thing. I roasted them and freezer packed them, setting aside some for green chili stew and burritos. Looking forward to our next pre-order for later this year.”

“Chiles arrived in great condition. Out of the 5 lbs I only had 2 peppers with soft spots the rest were perfect. Arrived within a few days of ordering. They were huge, some of the peppers were over 9 inches long. I buy these every year as a birthday gift for my husband. Great idea for the person who has everything and loves chile peppers.”

“I've tried a few other companies for hatch green chiles, but none of them deliver the same quality and taste as y'all. My only complaint is that I don't have enough freezer storage so I can buy and store more peppers!”

“Overall the quality of the fresh chile was fine. There were about 8 that were broken or crushed. My real concern was that they all were quite moist and I had to trim off mushy pieces before using. I love Hatch and have never had a problem in the past so will continue to be a customer but this last delivery was a bit disappointing.”

“About half of the order had spoilage so we roasted and chopped them up. We prefer whole chiles for rellenos so I don’t expect to order fresh chiles again. The weather was hot and we’re on the other side of the country so it was a long journey.”

Hi Alan, Taylor here! It looks like someone else took over your email chain after I had asked for photos. I think they were a bit confused and had thought you only lost 2 or 3 peppers. In that instance, we do not reship as we always pack the boxes with 1lb-3lb of peppers. Looking back on your previous email, it looks like you lost about half of the box. I've gone ahead and set up a 5lb reshipment that should ship out tomorrow. Keep an eye on your email this evening for your shipment notification email. So sorry about the confusion and hassle. We are short-staffed right now, and our customer service team is a little overwhelmed. Enjoy the reshipment and make some amazing rellenos! Best, Taylor
