“I now live in Florida but not by choice I might add. My aging parents moved here in 1975 with my help and my husband and I moved to Albuquerque in Feb. 1976. I moved to Florida in 1999 to help aging parents but I can't live with my "Hatch", so I order it, 5 lbs. at a time!”

“OMG. For a very Pan Blanca lady, THIS is like mother's milk! Rich, full flavored, consistently delicious from top to bottom, and amazingly fresh!! Anytime a birthday gift to my husband gives me such JOY is a good time. Thank you for your very hard work. Can we invite ourselves to your home for dinner sometime?”

Hi Nathan, It looks like the 5lb box was shipped out via USPS on 7/26. Unfortunately, it looks like it's been lost by the carrier. Saul has set up a reshipment to go out on 8/16. Enjoy your chile! Thanks, The Hatch Chile Store
