Hi Robert, It doesn't look like you ever reached out to our customer service team about this issue. If we don't know about the issue, we don't have the chance to fix it. It appears that USPS has severely delayed your package, and there has been no additional movement. I have set up a reshipment that will go out Tuesday. I am so sorry for the delay, this does happen when working with a carrier as they will sometimes delay or loose packages. We do ask that if there are any issues with your shipment that you reach out to us as we can often set up a reshipment and get your chile to you as soon as possible. Best, The Hatch Chile Store

“I now live in Florida but not by choice I might add. My aging parents moved here in 1975 with my help and my husband and I moved to Albuquerque in Feb. 1976. I moved to Florida in 1999 to help aging parents but I can't live with my "Hatch", so I order it, 5 lbs. at a time!”

“OMG. For a very Pan Blanca lady, THIS is like mother's milk! Rich, full flavored, consistently delicious from top to bottom, and amazingly fresh!! “These are beautiful peppers! Great product. I had some damaged peppers at the bottom of my box, and they sent me a replacement the following week. The product and service are A+. I will be ordering again next season.”
