“This is my third time ordering from the Hatch Chile Store and each time it's been absolute dynamite. I grew up in Colorado and can remember in Fall when the harvests would start rolling in from New Mexico. Federal Boulevard would be alive with the smell of roasting chiles. I live on the East Coast now and thought I was doomed to eat substandard peppers for the rest of my days. Thanks to the Hatch Chile Store, I'm now making Colorado-style chili every football Sunday and there are never leftovers!”

“Chili arrived in great shape. We’ll packaged. Charred them on the grill and they taste great. Froze a bunch for future recipes. Second year in a row!”

“Only a few peppers had some bad spots possibly from packaging but we were given options to deal with that immediately. It brought me back to New Mexico as soon as i opened the box and back to the Albuquerque balloon festival as a kid when roasting! Absolutely delicious!”

“Love these chilis! I treat myself every year for my birthday! Since moving from AZ to back home in ME I roast & freeze for my long NE winters! Favorite thing I make (according to friends all over US) is my Roasted NM Hatch chili pesto! Fab on pasta, fish, burgers, veggies etc! Happy to educate bland ME tastebuds! Thanks for a great product!”
