“My chili arrived quickly. It was beautiful! I roasted and peeled it that evening and it is bagged in small batches in the freezer. Looking forward to using it. It was the second best thing to being in New Mexico for chili season!”

“Having a hard time peeling them. When roasting we let them blister as much as the hot we ordered that we are not having a problem peeling. Strange.”
