“came fresh and crisp. we roasted them right away and froze the chilis. I made a great green sauce and it was wonderful on our burritos. reminded me of Josi's Cafe in the 1970s when I lived in Santa Fe.”

“As soon as I received the peppers I charred them on my gas grill, steamed them in paper bags skinned them and removed stems and seeds. I froze the majority for winter use by drying on paper towels and placing them flat in Ziplock bags. Peppers were excellent, made Green Chili Cheeseburgers and with Scrambled Eggs. Overall a very good experience!”
