“This was my first time ordering fresh Hatch chilies but it absolutely will not be the last. Can't wait until time to order next season. Will be buying lots more than 5 lbs and want to try the hotter ones. I make chile rellenos a lot and these were the best ever.”

“We love Hatch Chile! We were able to roast it outside on our bbq grill the day it arrived, then quickly peeled it and got it into bags for freezing. Couldn’t resist keeping some out for supper and the quality is superb, as expected!”
