“Our first box got brutalized in the post and arrived crushed and half rotten. The Hatch representative was amazing. I just sent a message to let them know that the particular shipment method they used wasn’t super great with fresh foods. They said because my order came with a guarantee, they’d send a replacement box at no charge. The second shipment showed up in solid shape and the peppers were still good! Outstanding customer service. Will order again for next harvest!!”

“I received my shipment on July 16 and the shipping label was dated July 13. So when I received the order the bottom of the box was wet. I find it hard to believe in three days that these peppers went that bad. But several were to the point of complete mush. I saved what I could. This was my first and last time ordering peppers in the mail.”

“this will be my 3rd order this year! This year's crops are just wonderful! so full and meaty. I can't get enough. that'll be 15 lbs for me so far. who knows, I might have to order more to get through the winter”
