“Fantastic. Once a year I look forward to a new batch. Blistered and skinned the whole case with all but 5 or 6 into vacuums seal bags and frozen. Made a couple hatch cheeseburgers with the fresh chilis. Once a year treat with fresh chilis. Can't be beat. I'll be back for next years' preorder.”

“Wow I so much love Hatch green chiles. Living in Georgia I can't get them here and when I travel to Texas I try to find them. Disclaimer: I spent a lot of time in Truth or Consequences which is just an hour north of Hatch. Anyway, now I can get my Hatch Green Chiles year-round and put them on my own burgers here in Georgia. Thanks!”

“The perfect chili heat for most pallets. Simply put, This is the green chili momma makes!! Hot enough to make the nose run for some, not hot enough to make you beg for the ice cream to hurry up the next day. It's delicious!!! This is the green chili you want! Trust me, I'm a green chili expert.”
