“The only reason I gave Big Jim a 4 and not a 5 is because the batch i got wasn't hot at all. The flavor, as usual, is fantastic, just no heat. Usually, these have quite a burn.”

“As a former new mexican , i live for green and red chile. there is no better chile in the world ,unless it's grown and produced in the infamous Hatch -Mesilla valley of southern New Mexico. Big Jim's make the best Chile Rellenos in my book”
