They came in great shape. No spoilage and only a couple of minor bruises. I did share a few, but roasted and froze the bulk for myself. Second time I've ordered and been pleased both times. I did expect them to be a little hotter, but love them as they are.

I have been getting green Chile from the Hatch Chile Store for years. The Chile’s are always in great condition and the heat levels are accurate. This years Big Jim’s are perfect. Large, meaty and med hot.

I live in PA. This is the second year I've ordered from Hatch, the Chile's arrived within days of the email, there was no spoilage. The product I recieved was definitely high quality! Can't wait for next season! I've had 2 green chile cheeseburgers since I've recieved my order.

As always the chilis made it here to Tennessee in great shape. I roasted them on the grill and they are safely tucked away for my winter cravings. Unfortunately they were not big enough for chili relleno and I wasn't able to make my authentic rellenos. I know that each year is different so I will have to use grocery store chilis and use the chopped chilies for sauce.
