“The chili was very good, my mom and dad are from Las Vegas New Mexico, my grandmother used to mail 3 banana boxes with green chili from Las Vegas, your chili got my mom's stamp of approval, we love our new mexican-style food in our green chili. I will be ordering more soon, I like my chili hot I will try that next time but my mom was happy with the medium hot as my dad doesn't like it too hard LOL this is a guy who was born and raised in Las Vegas New Mexico haha.. my buddy and Santa Fe recommended your store and I was quite pleased with the chili that arrived.. signed a satisfied customer”

“I would actually rate them a 12. We ended up buying a second box because we ate up the first box so quickly. The chilis taste great in so many different dishes. I made some sour cream chicken enchiladas with my Hatch chilis and they were magnificent.”

“After not finding the Hatch green Chile’s in our local grocery stores, through what we thought to be the usual season, we ordered the Chile’s on line. Just after we ordered on line, the Hatch’s showed up in the grocery store, so we bought several pounds at the grocery store, then received our mail order. The difference between the two chili’s (store bought and online purchase) was striking. The chili’s we ordered on line, were perfect, beautiful, firm and delicious. We were most satisfied and will order again. Thank you!”
