“I ordered 2 5lb boxes of Medium-Hot Big Jim's as I do every year because you just can't get good Hatch Chile in Hawaii. The Medium-Hot Big Jim's are outstanding, just the right amount of heat with the sweetness of the Chile. I do not think I could survive without my annual Hatch Green Chile Fix. “Very delicious, most roasted well. Early season but not sure why there’s little to no heat to the pepper definitely a very mild pepper. I was hoping for the medium to hot as advertised. I might try a different type next time.”
