“I have ordered the Big Jim fresh green chile for three years now and I have been delighted with them every year. They always arrive extremely fresh and beautifully green. Opening the box is like finding gorgeous green jewels inside. The description of "medium-hot" is just right for these chiles. I will continue to order these chiles in the future. “We lived in NM for many years, then moved with a job. We missed green chili, so having them shipped to our house has been great. There is great excitement at our house when they arrive. We have family chile roasting time, then we freeze them for all year enjoyment. The Chile has great flavor and is wonderful!!!!!!!!!”
