“I received my chiles today, was so excited. I do have to mention that there were quite a few little ones included in the bunch. I will be roasting chiles this weekend, storing and making salsa, and maybe another dish to taste the quality, which I'm assuming will be superb. I will be most likely ordering more.”

“Got my order today exactly when they told me. Chilies in excellent shape, crisp, fresh. 5 pounds looks like the right amount I needed to last me through the winter in southwestern dishes and salsas. I got used to having these chilies when I lived in the White Mountains of Arizona and after moving here to Ohio have found nothing to compare, not even chilies I raised. Next year I may let you do all the work of roasting, peeling and seeding and just order frozen, but right now, I am excited to get started on thes lovely chilies I received. What a bargain for a lovely memory.”

“Nothing like the aroma of fresh chile's, when you open the box! They're beautiful, green, and crisp, not wilted, or soft. I have them soaking in water as I write this, as recommended, prior to roasting them. However I'm going to use a grill. I know these are from New Mexico, not imported, I'm a believer of buy American products (as much as one can), I would rather support our U.S farmers and workers than spending my money over sea's. I trust the quality and care that goes in to the over-all development of Hatch Chile's. Thank you all once again, I'm glad chili season is on! Debra Spikes”
