“I pre-ordered my hatch chiles at some point late last fall - so excited to have received them! They are in gorgeous shape - shiny and bright green. You could smell their fabulous aroma out of the box. Can't wait to roast them this weekend and freeze most of them to be used throughout the fall and winter.”
