“Finally! Mild Hatch Green Chiles that are actually mild, like the good ol' days! We tried batches from other sellers over the last several years, but "mild" always turned out to be quite hot. So happy to find the Hatch Chile Store -- the product matched the description, arrived as promised, and was in excellent condition. Great experience and product!”

“Thank you so much. Tbh I felt like you guys shipped me a little more than 10lbs knowing a couple wouldn’t make it. Very very few peppers don’t survive the trip.
