“Arrived in perfect shape. Got here at about 9:30am. By 1:30 pm, they were roasted, cleaned and packed for the freezer. Every chili was perfect and peeled easily after roasting on the bbq. Needless to say they tasted great. As far as I can tell they were all mild, exactly what I wanted. Will definitely order again.”

“I’ve always eaten hatch chili even when I was little would go to New Mexico and mom and dad would buy hatch chili so when I moved to New Mexico I started buying it for myself and fell in love with it all over then when my kids would come to visit I would give them bags of hatch chili now they love it too but it kind of expensive at the stores here in California but love my chili”

“I usually grow my own peppers but this years crop was not producing so I ordered 3/4 a bushel from Hatch. I was amazed how quick they came and they were the freshest and hugest peppers I've ever seen! I quickly roasted, de-seeded, chopped and froze them. I look foward to cooking with them throughut the winter and plan on ordering again next year. Hatch are the best!”

“I ordered a 5lb box of mild hatch chile and they arrived way later than expected due to bad weather. My chile was rotting when they arrived. I contacted the company and told them the issue. They were so nice and professional about the situation. They sent me another 5lb box and they were perfect. I have already roasted most of them and cooked some. I recommend them for all your hatch chile needs. The process online to order is easy, they have a lot of fun stuff on their site, and most of all their customer service is awesome! Thank you Hatch Chile for the great experience. The chile is delicious! I will order again.”
