“For the past 3 years I've ordered a "care package" for my cousin and her 90+ year old Mother in central Missouri. Her Mother (my Mother's sister) was born and raised in Arizona, and is delighted to get to eat some of the dishes she grew up with prepared with FRESH chiles. “These chiles were wonderful! As a transplant to south Texas from Colorado, we searched high and low for bushels of green chiles like they sell in roadside stands in Colorado in the fall. They have never heard of such thing here! So I preordered a box of Chile from The Hatch Chile Store. It took about two months for them to arrive, but as soon as they were delivered I was so excited! I could smell them as soon as I got to my mailbox. My husband made us a small Chile roaster so we could roast them like they do in CO. We had pork green Chile the night we roasted them and I ordered another 10lb box the next day! That way we’ll have enough to last us until next harvest!”

“This is the first 10 lbs we sent to my wife's Father's family. They received the chilis in perfect condition and were extremely happy to receive Hatch Chiles. I am hoping to make this an annual delivery for them to enjoy. Thanks Hatch Green Chile Company!”

“THis was the second 10 lbs I ordered as the first one just didn't seem enough. My order arrived as stated after my email and I was just as pleased as the first 10 lbs. Fresh with no spoilage. I roasted them and processed them for freezing. Now I have Hatch Chili for the rest of the year. Thanks Hatch Chile Company!”
