“25 lbs of chilis (140+ chilis) shipped Weds arrived in Maryland on Friday in excellent condition. Roasted in 7 batches of 20 chilis over lump charcoal (1 hour). Steamed bowls full (3 batches) for about 5-10 mins as grilling continued. We cut off tops so that the attached seed clump comes out to better package. We froze 14 packs for 14 batches of green chili sauce. AND THEY TASTE GREAT!”

“Seems like delivery was a day or 2 longer than the other shipment. I had 3 spoiled peppers and most of the peppers were curled and not straightened, which makes it a little harder to roast and not suitable for chile rellenos. Was not thrilled with this shipment. Sorry.”

“If you want good authentic green chile, you must get it where it is grown. Hatch, NM. I use to live and work in Lordsburg, NM and the chile was easy for me to obtain. I use to buy it by the gunny sack full which is 40#. But, since I have moved away, getting my green chile is a little harder to obtain. I have to have green chile for the winter months. Enchiladas, green chile stew and green chile on about everything I eat. I got 25# this year and roasted it all and put in the freezer. BUT.....I keep getting a package out every other day. I hope it lasts until winter. LOL”

“I know the mail has slowed down, my usuall order is here in 2-3 days took 7 this year! I only had 3 chiles that had turned bad, but they stained the box. I'm just thankful it wasn't more. The chiles are roasted and most are packed away in the freezer. We saved a few fresh ones had them in our posole soup this noon! Your company is great.”
