“This Chile is a unique flavored Chile and when roasted peeled and seeded, you can control even with the mild addition heat by how much membrane you include. They arrived in perfect condition, with only 1 broken but still usable. We roasted, and even tried smoking some. Some smoked after roasting and peeling, some fresh. Bothe are great and a super replacement to chipotle.”

“One of my yearly traditions is buying, roasting, peeling and seeding 25 lbs of Hatch Chilis. I use small ziplock freezer bags (they freeze real well) and this is enough to get me thru until next season. Thanks Hatch Chili store for the great product delivered right to my door. Rick”
