“They were very good maybe not as big or meaty as some years but same delicious Hatch flavor. Roasted, peeled and froze them. More of them curled and smaller than previous years.”

“The folks of New Bern,N.C. think Jalapeno is a green Chile. I can definitely say 21 families in our townhouse complex know differently. I've spread the flavor while roasting, had an active audience for better than an hour. Have several helping hands slipping skins and others making salsa. Even had a cream cheese Chile mixer with soft tortillas creating roll ups. All in attendance experienced a new epicurian delight. Hopefully the taste will spread. Everyone of the chili's were perfect. Couldn't have hand picked them Any better. My next step is to expose them to my gringo pasole with the same flavorful mild chile. I will be back. Keep my info on file and give me updates as your season progresses. If neighbors still maintain their enthusiasm,we're looking for a 100lb box. They are buying the canned hatch Chile,but to person,they enjoy the roasting process. Good excuse for a Chile party.”

“My order of fresh mild green Chile arrived in perfect condition. Even though it is mild it is bursting with flavor. You can't go wrong ordering from the Hatch Chile store. This is the second year I ordered from them; and, it won't be my last.”
