“Arrived in great condition all the way to Tennessee! Only one with a little spot I cut off. Roasted on the side burner of my gas grill outdoors, so easy. Peeled, froze on cookie sheets, packaged in vacuum sealer bags and vacuumed out any air. Ready to enjoy all winter! Already tried on burgers and in homemade pimento cheese.. great flavor, mild. Will try the medium heat next order. Thanks!!”
