“Great product usually. Arrived in perfect shape. But not as much taste as usual. And no bite at all. Usually even the mild has a tang to it.”

Dear Margo, Our mild has little to no kick in it most years. If you'd like a little tang and flavor, I'd opt for the Medium. Since you had a less than satisfactory experience, would you like us to send you a small sample box of Medium this year? Thanks, Preston

“Great idea. They kept me up when it would be picked and the product came in fresh and still smelling like the chile fields. The pre-ordering is a great bargain.”

“My chili was awesome and I anxiously await this seasons pre ordered chili. I can't compare this chili, as it is the only chili I buy. It was great for rellenos. I did find that after a while, the mild gets a bit warm. I hear it goes with the territory. A little sugar on the chili did wonders. Thanks”
