“The chiles were nice large perfect chiles with excellent flavor, I paid $30.00 for 5 bs and they were worth it definitely ordering more next year, you can't find this kind of quality in the grocery stores”

“AWESOME! Having green chile in Florida is a treat! It arrived "fresh as picked" and timely. Our mild was a bit hot, but the taste was amazingly wonderful. Even the box had the green chile aroma when received.”

“My 5lbs of chiles arrived quickly. I was surprised they were not bagged inside the box or washed before shipping, but it wasn't a problem. They arrived in good shape, and the box was jam packed. The price is a little high, but shipping is built in and you can't just go to the store and buy them. Worth the price.”

“The chiles arrived in beautiful shape. We had a blast roasting them and have already made rellenos, Hatch Mac & Cheese, Hatch Ranch dressing, Hatch Cheese Grits and more! The mild chiles are delicious, adding flavor without heat. My only problem is I wish I had ordered a larger quantity! Pre-order is the way to go for the best value. We highly recommend it. Next year, we will pre-order a larger quantity and add some variety. Thank you!”
