“The chiles arrived in beautiful shape. We had a blast roasting them and have already made rellenos, Hatch Mac & Cheese, Hatch Ranch dressing, Hatch Cheese Grits and more! The mild chiles are delicious, adding flavor without heat. My only problem is I wish I had ordered a larger quantity! Pre-order is the way to go for the best value. We highly recommend it. Next year, we will pre-order a larger quantity and add some variety. Thank you!”

“The chiles arrived in good shape. The box had been handled poorly though. It's still a great service for someone like me being a New Mexico native that now lives in the east coast.”

“I preordered Big Jim chiles and they are very good quality--large, ripe and fresh. The price is about the same as I would pay at my local grocery, however, I think these are fresher.”
