“The best chile is Hatch. Great flavor, great roasting, and very meaty chile. I wouldn't settle for less. I sent some to friends that use to live here in the southwest and were surprised. “Opened the box to a rush of pure joy. The peppers were perfect. I divided the batch, immediately cleaned and fried 1/2 of them in olive oil, salted and put them on a platter. With a loaf of fresh french bread and a glass of wine, whey were scrumptious. The other half, I flame roasted, peeled and cut up for a batch of Green Chili Stew. Life rarely gets better than this, fresh chilis straight from the field to my kitchen. Very happy with the cost for what I received, I will be a customer from now on.”
