“I ordered the mild green chile. They arrived in Hawaii in perfect shape. Not a red one in the box. I roasted them on the barbie, peeled and seeded them and put them in freezer bags. They had great flavor and just a little kick to the heat. I am looking forward to using them at Christmas in a green chile stew and will serve green chile chicken enchiladas during the holidays. Such a great treat. I ordered by phone and the sales girl was informative and helped me with my decisions. I would certainly order from you folks again. Very happy with the whole experience.”

“The best chile is Hatch. Great flavor, great roasting, and very meaty chile. I wouldn't settle for less. I sent some to friends that use to live here in the southwest and were surprised. They were in heaven when they got a chance to renew their roasting technique. Thank you and I'll order again next year. Robert C..”

“Opened the box to a rush of pure joy. The peppers were perfect. I divided the batch, immediately cleaned and fried 1/2 of them in olive oil, salted and put them on a platter. With a loaf of fresh french bread and a glass of wine, whey were scrumptious. The other half, I flame roasted, peeled and cut up for a batch of Green Chili Stew. Life rarely gets better than this, fresh chilis straight from the field to my kitchen. Very happy with the cost for what I received, I will be a customer from now on.”
