“Mild chilies arrived in great shape. As another reviewer mentioned, they were not wrapped inside the box, which makes sense since wrapping them would probably cause spoilage. I roasted the 5 lbs right away and froze them, so I can use all winter. Thanks for a great product!”

“We love these chiles (mild). We roast them over our campfire and they come out perfectly! The size is great and they arrive in great condition each time (this was our 2nd order). The mild is just what they say with great flavor but not much bite.”

“They arrived on time and in perfect condition! We miss being able to be in NM during chile season and appreciate that we can order online. We roasted them and packaged them up for freezing to enjoy through the year until next season. There is no other chile to compare with Hatch. Well worth it!!”

“I ordered the mild green chile. They arrived in Hawaii in perfect shape. Not a red one in the box. I roasted them on the barbie, peeled and seeded them and put them in freezer bags. They had great flavor and just a little kick to the heat. I am looking forward to using them at Christmas in a green chile stew and will serve green chile chicken enchiladas during the holidays. Such a great treat. I ordered by phone and the sales girl was informative and helped me with my decisions. I would certainly order from you folks again. Very happy with the whole experience.”
