“We lived in Las Cruces for 10 years, and throughout the nine years we have been back in Ohio my wife has longed for the taste of green chile cheeseburgers like the ones she savored at Sparky’s and The Owl Bar and the Double Eagle. For one day our house smelled like September in Las Cruces while we grilled and peeled the Hatch chiles we received from you. And that night - for the first time since 2011 - she had a genuine New Mexico green chile cheeseburger. Your product is excellent, and the delivery was timely.”

“Memories are triggered by smell. The smell of these peppers are already embedded in my memories so that each unboxing brought new and wonderful dishes I can make. Today is special. I am making Hatch Green Pepper roasted chicken enchiladas for a birthday. Please add these to your pantry you will thank me.”
