“The mild green chilies were just a bit warm but really good. I enjoyed them. They are great for making casseroles. That's what I like to do.”

“We love the mild Hatch Chile. It has great flavor and a little heat. We freeze ours after skinning them, and in January, here in Mn, there’s the great Chile flavor for your casserole, hamburger, or whatever!”
