“Such a beautiful rich green pod of wonderfulness! There is absolutely no chile in the world as the Hatch Chile. I am truly pan blanca! but I so love this chile since introduced to it by my husband's truly New Mexican parents descended from Cristobal Nieto in the 1500's. You harvest the very best pods anywhere!! Thank you for your loving efforts to produce such a fine product!”

“The chillies arrived in perfect condition with not a single cull. I roasted the on the grill and made a stew with some and froze the rest. Flavor was excellent!”

“These chilies were meaty, mild and so full of flavor that I put in a second order for twice the amount (10 pounds) the day after we got our box of NM goodness. My grandchild-to-be (due Jan 2021) has been nicknamed Hatch after the best chile out there!”
