“FRESH,FRESH,FRESH! First time buyer and will be back. Shared with friends in the hood who are making magical things with fresh mild Chile’s. I’ve made a relleno casserole because skinning the first batch left very little actual chile. The second batch was ripened a few days and then roasted on the bbq. Found incredible flavor and more heat. I was a bit generous with my neighbors so next time I’ll have to keep more back or buy 10 lbs”

“My chili was good. I normally Oder big Jim’s, but there med. last year was hot. So I changed. I like the big meaty like big Jim but these were not. Not sure what I will do next year..”

“I love mild Chiles because I think you get the flavor. I think the heat takes away the flavor. Every one in the world probably disagrees with me. I love the Hatch Chiles I received last week. They are wonderful. I’m sorry I only got 5 pounds.”

“We had so much fun with this 5 lb box and it was gone in a week. We roasted half and peeled them, froze some for future use of the Roasted. The other half we did a few different stuffing versions, Shredded Chicken and Cheese, wrapped in bacon and slow grilled til crisp, we also made stuffed peppers ( italian style) with a mexican flare, they were amazing. The box is gone, can't wait to order again!”
